Casa Dalla Francesca is a centuries-old Farmhouse, part of the architectural complex of Villa Correr, made up of a main Villa, an 18th-century barchessa wing with roof decorations, and a large 20th-century structure once used for the drying of tobacco.
The 26-hectare property, cultivated using organic methods, offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a natural environment managed with a focus on balancing tradition and innovation. This idea is very much a modern one that looks toward the future of agricultural production, but it also, curiously, coincides with Andrea Palladio’s theories regarding the functions of Ville Venete.
Visitors can have the great pleasure of tasting seasonal dishes at the Farm’s restaurant, made with organic products grown here and accompanied by stories and anecdotes linked to the Genius loci, the spirit of the place, its essential intangible value.
The restaurant offers a range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and foraging-based cuisine.
